Digital Gift Cards—Once the payment has been processed, You (or the recipient) will promptly receive an email with the digital gift card information and instructions. Note that gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt unless noted on the product. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at noon EST through Sunday or on holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience a delay of a few additional days. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

Please note that Three Mad Hatters Mercantile is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on the merchandise, and delivery estimates may differ depending on the carrier. Product-Specific Shipping: Most products ship within 2-5 business days. However, please note that some items may take 5-10 business days to ship. Products with extended shipping times typically include, but are not limited to, specialty and personalized items, and will be noted on the product.

Please note that shipping eligibility is calculated before taxes and after discounts, including sale reductions and promo codes, have been applied.

Shipping Timeframes

 (3-10 Business Days): Orders typically are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, and economy shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the U.S. We do not offer expedited shipping.  Please note- the day your order is placed does not count toward the 3-10 day shipping window.

*2-day and Overnight delivery are currently not available.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Three Mad Hatters Mercantile ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, including P.O. Boxes. Economy Shipping only. Expedited Shipping is NOT available for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A signature will be required when orders are $300 or more.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Three Mad Hatters Mercantile is not responsible for customs and taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs) are the customer's responsibility.

Damages

Three Mad Hatters Mercantile is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You can call the number listed below to file carrier claims or file them online.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental U.S.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as valid by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If the address cannot be updated, the order will be canceled and refunded, and you will receive a cancellation email.

Three Mad Hatters Mercantile will not be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.

Order Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or for any reason necessary. In the event of a cancellation, your order will be fully refunded immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email. As a small business, we strive for accuracy, but we're only human, and occasional errors may occur. We appreciate your understanding! 

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, it is too late to cancel if your order has already been processed and a tracking number has been issued. In this case, you can request a return through our returns portal after receiving your order. From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Handling Missing or Stolen Packages

At Three Mad Hatters Mercantile, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you safely and securely. However, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the recipient becomes responsible. To give you peace of mind, we offer Redo Package Protection, which covers your order in the event it’s lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery. We highly encourage adding this option at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, here are the steps we recommend:

  1. Check Nearby: Sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden spots for safety. Check around your home, including porches, back doors, garages, or mailrooms. Also, check with your neighbors or building management to see if it was received on your behalf.

  2. Contact the Carrier: Contact the carrier directly. They may have additional details about the delivery location or time.

  3. File a Claim with Redo: If you opted for Redo Package Protection at checkout, you’re covered! Simply follow the steps provided in your order confirmation to file a claim. Redo will assist you with a quick resolution.

  4. No Package Protection? While we are unable to replace orders that are marked as delivered without Redo coverage, we are here to guide you in filing a claim with your carrier or local authorities.

At TMHM, your satisfaction is our priority. While we can’t guarantee replacements for orders not covered by Redo, we assess each situation individually and may offer a one-time courtesy replacement for select cases.
