Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 20-day return policy, meaning you must initiate a return request within 20 days of receiving your item (as indicated by the tracking information showing the delivery date). Rest assured, we do not charge any restocking fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase and/or the tracking/order number.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or for any reason we deem necessary. If your order is canceled, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. While we strive for accuracy, we are human, and errors can occasionally occur.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us right away. If your order has already been processed and a tracking number has been issued, it is too late to cancel. In this event, you can request a return through our returns portal once the order is received. For more details, please review our returns process.


Damages and Issues

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if you find any defects or damage or if the wrong item was shipped. We will promptly evaluate the situation and work to resolve the issue. Please note that this does not cover damages caused by the shipping carrier. We highly encourage adding Redo package protection to your order for added peace of mind. Redo covers issues such as lost, damaged, or defective items, ensuring your return shipping or replacement is fully covered in these cases. It’s an easy way to protect your purchase and avoid potential shipping headaches. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), intimates (such as bras and panties), and personal care goods (like beauty products). If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Any product ending in .97 is considered a final sale.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Due to the speed at which we sell products, the best way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately. 


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
