As we flip the page to a brand-new chapter, we can't help but take a moment to reflect on an incredible milestone: the first anniversary of Three Mad Hatters Mercantile! Since opening our virtual doors on January 20, 2024, it's been a whirlwind—a mad journey filled with creativity, community, and countless unforgettable moments.
When we first opened, we were brimming with excitement but also nerves. We've laughed, cried, and experienced everything in between. Those first few months were a blur of late nights, endless coffee, and (too many to count) panicked moments wondering if we'd made the right call. But step by step, we began to see the dream come to life.
Milestones and Memories
Looking back, there are so many memorable moments. Our very first sale—a product we packed with care, our hearts bursting with gratitude—felt like the start of something magical. Seeing your excitement and support for our products has been one of the greatest blessings.
But not every moment was easy. There were challenges that tested us—supply chain delays, website hiccups, and the constant learning curve of running a small business. One particularly humbling moment came when we realized a pricing error on a new product. While it was nerve-wracking, we chose to own the mistake and honor the prices. Moments like these taught us resilience and the importance of staying true to our values.
Of course, the highlights outweigh the struggles by a mile. Hearing from you through reviews, social media tags, or heartfelt emails—made every long day worth it.
From The Heart
We've each experienced immense personal growth. We've learned to embrace challenges as opportunities, adapt when plans go awry, and celebrate even the smallest victories. This year taught us the importance of stepping outside our comfort zones and facing any challenge head-on. Every obstacle has been a lesson, and every triumph has reminded us of our potential to grow and evolve personally and professionally.
